Shipping & Returns

Conditions of fast shipping

Once the order, we'll begin processing and notice our staff to make available to order. We upload the tracking number once the item is shipped out, and it normally takes 3-7 days to reach your door after the complete delivery. All orders that our customers receive are in original packaging. All buyers need not pay any extra charge, as the tax as send items on behalf of gift.
The shipment is made via EMS / USPS Express.
In some cases, there may be a customs charge applied to the package (very rare). This is the responsibility of the buyer.

Note shipping costs

Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number, where applicable, for delivery.
They are responsible for the organization of mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold, if not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is scheduled to arrive. Return policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within one week. All items sent back to us must be in original condition ie not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Or merchandise will be returned to sender.

1>. The return authorization must be obtained from customer service specialist. Or the returned package will be returned to you.
2>. Please indicate the reason for return to get the return authorization and return-to address.
3>. Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship name, address; order number; a reason to return.

Exchanges of political exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order receipt for merchandise. Specify the exchange item and the new color or size e-mail customer service. Items must be in original and new condition to be accepted as a return. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
